Busy Import Dealer is looking for an Automotive Biller to join our results oriented team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants to work with an industry leader, however we will train the right person with some kind of billing/financial background.

Qualifications

· ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds experience is required along with DMV knowledge as well as the ability to separate deals

· Strong computer and internet skills

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

· Able to deal with confidential information appropriately

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

· Highly professional and dependable

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Verifying the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale

· Receiving and process all paperwork from the F&I department

· Preparing tax and title documents

· Ensuring that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly process and submitted

· Assisting in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork

· Providing additional administrative support as needed

· Maintains an orderly accounting system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
